District and regional groups of pastors leading churches with worship attendance greater than 200. These groups are formed annually by the District Superintendents and Growing Effective Churches. They are designed to help pastors increase their effectiveness in leading larger churches. The groups will read leading works that are pertinent, share best practices and support each other in ministry.
